Ryan Hill

Ryan Hill is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting and human resources management. Currently serving as Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Circle since November 2021, Ryan plays a key role in facilitating the growth of digital currency solutions. In addition, Ryan is a Steering Committee Member at the Virginia Blockchain Council, advocating for blockchain education in Virginia. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Manager at Coverent, Lead Recruiter at Trusted Partners Consulting, and Senior Recruiter at BAE Systems, among others. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Hospitality Services from Virginia Tech, completed in 2006.
