Stephen Janda

Stephen Janda currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Circle since September 2023. Prior to this role, Stephen spent five years at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, first as a Summer Associate in 2017 and then transitioning to Capital Markets and Disclosure Associate from September 2018 until September 2023. Additional summer associate experience includes positions at Ogletree Deakins and DLA Piper in 2016. Stephen began professional legal work as a Litigation Paralegal at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from August 2012 to July 2015, following a wealth management internship at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the summer of 2011. Stephen holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rice University (2008-2012), with additional studies at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2011.
