Vivian Minten is the Group CEO of Circle8 International and the CEO of Circle8 Total Talent Flow, and serves as a Commissioner for BFAO. They previously held senior leadership roles across banking, pension, asset management and health, including Directeur Particulieren en Private Banking at Rabobank Amersfoort Eemland (2016-2017) and Directeur ONVZ (2017-2022). Earlier in their career they served as Statutair Directeur Rabobank (2011-2017), Directeur Brunel Nederland (2022-2023), and Head of Marketing and Communications at Allianz Group (2006-2011). They earned a Bachelor in Marketing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (1987-1991) and a Drs in sociology and economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (1991-1994).
