Amitabh Handa

Amitabh Handa currently serves as the Senior Director of Design at CircleCI, starting in November 2024. Previously, Amitabh held the position of VP of Product Design at Airship from January 2022 to September 2023, where responsibilities included establishing UX vision and introducing generative AI into content creation workflows. Prior to that, Amitabh was the VP of Product Design at App Annie from August 2017 to February 2022, focusing on AI innovation and strategic initiatives that improved key performance metrics. Amitabh also served as Senior Director of Design at App Annie, leading an award-winning rebranding effort and overseeing Product-Led Growth initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Design Director at Oracle, where a mobile-first redesign significantly increased engagement, and as Director at Evernote, contributing to the development of the company's first web app and driving growth to 100 million global users. Amitabh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting and Film from Boston University.
