Cecile Quesada

Cecile Quesada, SPHR has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Cecile currently holds the position of Director, Global People Programs and Compliance at CircleCI since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager, Global People Programs and Compliance at the same company from January 2023 to April 2023. From May 2020 to December 2022, they worked as a Senior Manager, People Operations at CircleCI.

Before joining CircleCI, Cecile worked at Namely from July 2017 to April 2020. Their roles at Namely included Contracts and Legal Operations Manager, Senior Solutions Consultant, and Solutions Consultant. Cecile was responsible for managing contracts and legal operations, as well as providing solutions consulting services.

From June 2014 to June 2015, Cecile worked as the Human Resources Director at Tidemark. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager from March 2014 to May 2014. Cecile also gained experience as a Consultant, specializing in communications and HR, from April 2011 to February 2014.

Earlier in their career, Cecile worked as a Human Resources Specialist at GoGrid from March 2010 to April 2011. Cecile also held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at Pacific Scientific from May 2005 to June 2006 and at Sargent Fletcher Inc from October 2003 to May 2005.

Cecile Quesada, SPHR, holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from Alliant International University-San Francisco Bay. In addition, they have earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in January 2018.
