Colbey Kennedy has a diverse work experience in the customer success and account management field. Starting in 2012, Colbey worked as a Business Development and Healthcare Innovation Intern at Boehringer Ingelheim. In 2014, Colbey joined Vibrant Media as a Business Development Coordinator, responsible for native contextual advertising. They later became an Account Manager, Publisher Solutions, managing over 200 publisher accounts. In 2016, Colbey joined Moat as part of their Account Management team, focusing on transforming brand advertising online. In 2017, they moved to Yesware as a Customer Success Manager, supporting sales teams with data insights. In 2019, Colbey joined Datadog as a Customer Success Manager, providing essential monitoring for cloud applications. Finally, in 2021, they joined CircleCI as a Commercial Customer Success Manager and were promoted to Manager of the SMB Customer Success team in July 2022.

Colbey Kennedy began their education at Lyme-Old Lyme High School, where they completed their high school education from 2006 to 2010. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School from 2010 to 2014. In 2012, they had the opportunity to study at Suffolk University Madrid for a semester as part of their Bachelor's Degree program. More recently, Colbey Kennedy has continued their education by enrolling in a Master's Degree program in Project Management at The Roux Institute at Northeastern University, which they are expected to complete from 2021 to 2023.
