Florence Tsui

Florence Tsui has a solid work experience in customer success and sales roles. Florence started their career at The Kooples as a Sales Associate in July 2016 and worked until October 2017. Florence then joined Cognism in March 2018 as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager in September 2018. After two years, they left Cognism in September 2020 and joined CircleCI as an SMB Customer Success Manager in September 2020. Florence later transitioned to the role of Commercial Customer Success Manager in February 2022.

Florence Tsui attended the University of Manchester from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Politics and International Relations. In 2015, they also had the opportunity to participate in a study abroad program at Ewha Womans University.
