Jen Sec

Jen Sec has a diverse work history with experience in sales operations, project management, and finance. Jen currently works as a Senior Manager of Sales Operations at CircleCI, starting in March 2023. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Twilio, including Manager of PMO and Program Manager of Sales Operations. Jen also worked at SendGrid as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst and at Brocade as a Sales Operations Manager and Analyst. Earlier in their career, they served as a Salesforce Administrator at Biodesix, Inc. and held roles in corporate accounts and sales operations at Lanx. Jen began their career as a Finance Assistant at BNC - Business Network Consulting and worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Sound Surgical Technologies.

Jen Sec obtained their Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Colorado at from 2001 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in September 2019. Recently, in May 2022, they acquired two certifications from Cprime, Inc: Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and SAFe for Teams with Certified SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
