Her expertise includes a wide range of subjects from vendor solicitation and logistics management to building relational databases and project-specific mailing lists. Tracy has excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities. Experienced in designing and implementing targeted outreach efforts and effective communication strategies, developing strategic alliances, and supporting community dialogue within diverse multicultural settings in a variety of Bay Area communities.
