Chao Chen

Chao (Brian) CHEN currently serves as Vice President & General Manager, Industrial APAC at CIRCOR International, Inc., overseeing the development and execution of growth strategies for the industrial business across the Asia Pacific region, including China, India, and the Middle East Africa. With extensive experience in various roles at Air Liquide, Chao has successfully led transformation initiatives, enhanced operational efficiency, and improved market competitiveness in sectors such as commercial marine and industrial pumps. Chao's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Thermal Engineering from Tsinghua University, an Executive MBA from Nanyang Technological University, and participation in a Leadership Development Program at London Business School.
