Charles H.

Charles H. is currently the Director of Quality at CIRCOR International, where they leverage their extensive experience in quality assurance across industries such as composites, renewables, aerospace, and defense. Previously, they held the position of Senior Mission Assurance Manager at Northrop Grumman and served as a Lead Quality Engineer at Terrafugia. Charles has also worked as a Quality Manager at Aurora Flight Sciences Corporation, and as a Quality Engineer at Hexcel Corporation. They began their career as a First Responder/EMT with the Bristol Rescue Squad before advancing to roles focused on quality engineering and assurance, including a significant tenure at TPI Composites, Inc. Charles earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
