Jason Cochran has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jason has held various roles, including Vice President Operations at CIRCOR International, Inc., where they led the Operations function across the organization globally. Jason managed the CIRCOR Operating System and corporate functions such as EH&S, quality, continuous improvement, global sourcing, and Industrial PMO. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President Operations for CIRCOR's Industrial group, overseeing 11 sites worldwide and responsibilities including manufacturing footprint management, CapEx management, and work standardization.

Before joining CIRCOR, Jason Cochran worked at Safran as the General Manager of the Electrical Inserts business unit. Jason was responsible for the development, manufacture, and support of galley electrical inserts for commercial and executive aircraft. Jason also held the position of General Manager at Zodiac Aerospace, where they led the Air Cargo Equipment Business Unit, overseeing global functions such as sales, customer service, product development, engineering, production processing, supply chain management, finance, and quality assurance.

Earlier in their career, Jason Cochran worked at Continental in various roles, including Plant Manager in China, Director of Production in Thailand, and Manager of Component Manufacturing in the United States. Jason was responsible for operations management, capacity expansion, and quality control.

Their career began as a Draftsman at SMI Joist, where they provided AutoCAD drafting and hardware/software support for the design and construction of roofing systems.

Throughout their career, Jason Cochran has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in operations management, continuous improvement, supply chain management, quality assurance, and strategic planning.

Jason Cochran received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business from Lander University, where they attended from 1992 to 1997.
