Circuitus Capital was founded in 2014 by Carsten Kengeter, Niccolo Ragnini Kothny and the two construction & concessions groups Sacyr SA and Fininc SpA (operating in a stable consortium since 2004). The Partners of Circuitus Capital seeded the initiative with a 162km Greenfield toll road in Italy, the Superstrada Pedemontana Veneta.

Circuitus Capital, in collaboration with its joint-venture partners Sacyr and Fininc, is ideally positioned to extract value from Greenfield projects and Brownfield assets.

The experienced Circuitus Capital team is composed of 20 executives that have worked together in different capacities for over a decade.
