Lisa Goodman

Lisa Goodman has been working in the field of Human Resources since 2021, when they began their role as People Project Manager at Circula. Lisa also serves as Talent Acquisition Manager at Circula and was previously an intern in the same department. Prior to this, they were a Masters Student in International Human Resource Management at The Manchester Metropolitan University. Lisa has also held roles as CTD Project Manager, Clinical Trial Distribution at Marken, Project Manager Supply Chain Management at Inceptua Group, and Project Coordinator, Distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies at Almac Group since 2020, 2017, and 2014 respectively.

Lisa Goodman has a comprehensive educational background. In 2009, they obtained a Bsc Hons Biomedical Science, 1st class from Queen's University Belfast in the field of Biomedical Sciences. In 2019, they obtained a Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from THE TEFL ACADEMY - Leading EFL Teacher Trainer Provider. In 2020, they obtained a B2 Deutsch Europa Zertifikat from Goethe-Institut e.V. and began their Master's degree in International Human Resource Management, CIPD accredited from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they are currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma, Level 7 in Strategic People Management from CIPD Qualifications, which is also due to be completed in 2022. In 2021, they obtained a People Analytics certification from LinkedIn. Finally, in 2016, they obtained an ADEPT Project Management certification from Almac Group.
