Pascal Leroy

Pascal Leroy is the Director General at the WEEE Forum, where they lead efforts in transforming electronic waste management through the principle of circularity. They previously served as the Government Affairs Manager at CECED, focusing on pan-European campaigns related to electronic waste and energy efficiency. With experience as a research assistant in the European Parliament and as a member of advisory boards, Pascal has demonstrated expertise in communication and public affairs, particularly on complex environmental legislation. They also contribute to the European Innovation Partnership on Raw Materials as a Sherpa, advancing sustainable resource management within the EU.
