James Pamplin

James Pamplin has a strong background in software engineering and technology consulting. James is currently the Co-Founder and CTO at Circular Way, a position they have held since May 2022. James previously co-founded and served as CTO at Sellalong starting in January 2021. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, James worked as a CTO Consultant at LEBOM Ltd starting in March 2020. James also has experience as a Lead Engineer and Software Engineering Consultant at Stuffstr from November 2019 to May 2020. James served as the Head of Engineering at Ambassador Theatre Group from December 2018 to September 2019. Before that, they worked as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at 11FS and Mettle from October 2017 to November 2018. James has also held positions as a Lead Full Stack Engineer at Zuhlke Engineering Ltd and HSBC from April 2017 to October 2017. James started their career as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Contino - Enterprise DevOps, Cloud, and Container Consultancy from September 2016 to March 2017, where they worked on various systems and led developer roles.

James Pamplin attended the University of Newcastle from 2003 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (Software) degree with a focus on Software Engineering.
