Lauren Castleton-White

Lauren Castleton-White has over eight years of experience in the events and hospitality industry. Lauren is currently the Head of Community at Circular, a digital startup accelerator. Prior to that, they were the Director of Community at OAK's LAB, a tech startup incubator. Lauren has also worked as a Community Lead at WeWork, a Business Development Manager at The Legal 500 (Legalease), and an International Sales Manager at Conventia. Lauren began their career as an Events Coordinator at Soho House & Co and later interned at Principal. Global Events. Lauren also has experience as a Food and Beverage Intern at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Lauren Castleton-White completed a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University. Lauren then did an exchange semester in Australia at Griffith University. After that, they studied at a language school in Madrid called Inhispania. Finally, they did a Czech language course in Prague.
