María Beneite

María Beneite is currently the Head of People at Circular. Prior to this, they were the Head of People at Ontruck from May 2017 to May 2021. Before that, they were with Fon from July 2014 to May 2017 as the Technical Recruitment & HR. María was also with Tuenti from March 2013 to July 2014 as the Customer & Comunity Analyst.

María Beneite studied administration and management at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos.

María Beneite reports to Pedro Torrecillas, Co-Founder & CEO. Oliver Callaway - Talent Advocate, Dulce Flores - Madrid Talent Advocate, and Alice Duranteau - Paris Talent Advocate & City Manager report to María Beneite. They are on a team with Marta Barredo - Head of Finance, Teo Ruiz - Co-Founder, CTO & CPO, and Lauren Castleton-White - Head, Community.
