Karolina Ling-Vannerus

Karolina Ling-Vannerus has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. In 2021, they became the Founder & CEO of Circulate. In 2020, they were an Antler Advisor, coaching founders building companies, and a Founder. In 2019, they were a Growth Accelerator and Global Packaging Expert for Business Sweden, accelerating growth for Swedish sustainable businesses and innovations in foreign markets. In 2018, they were a Growth Hacker for Healthcare Media Sweden, building successful digital businesses. In 2017, they were the Head of Business Development & Head of the CEO-office for Aqua Dental, the fastest growing dental care chain in Sweden, and the Group Head of Strategy & Innovation for FMG - Future Media Group. Karolina was also a Board of Directors member for VOW Adventures AB (FMG Future Media Group). In 2014, they were a Manager and Senior Consultant for Cupole Consulting Group. In 2012, they were a Management Consultant for McKinsey & Company. In 2011, they were part of a start-up team running and evaluating a pilot concept MVP for Pinchos, disrupting the restaurant industry.

Karolina Ling-Vannerus began their educational career at Elof Lindälvs Gymnasium, where they obtained their High School degree in Natural Sciences between 2004 and 2007. Karolina then attended Lincoln University, Buenos Aires, to obtain their Public Speaking degree in Graphic Design between 2007 and 2008. In 2008, Karolina began their BSc in Business Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics and completed it in 2011. In 2010, they also attended the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México to obtain their Economics degree in Economics, Accounting and Managerial Finance. In 2018, Karolina obtained their Certified Digital Marketing Professional diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute, as well as a Board of Directors certification course from Grant Thornton Sweden.
