Charles Iha

Charles Iha is an experienced professional in sustainable agriculture and natural resource management, currently serving as an Independent Verifier for the W+ Standard at Women Organizing for Change in Agriculture and Natural Resource Management since July 2024. Iha also contributes as a Technical Committee Member for the Sustainable Coffee and Cocoa Supply Chain at The Supply Chain Health Consortium and works as an Associate on project preparation for the Green Climate Fund at E Co. Notable past roles include Independent Auditor for the Sustainable Agriculture Standards Certification at Rainforest Alliance, Independent Assessor at the Fair Labor Association, and Senior Program Officer for the Papua New Guinea Climate Resilient & Green Growth Project with the Global Green Growth Institute. Additional experience includes facilitating sustainable wildlife management with the Wildlife Conservation Society and managing projects in the coffee industry with CARE. Iha’s efforts have been recognized with the 2020 Best COVID Resilience Team award and contributions towards social impact in the coffee sector.
