Brett Jordan

Brett Jordan joined Circulus as a Customer Support Representative for the Circulus SMB product in 2017. He worked closely with the customers to ensure the best user experience, while dealing with technical questions or issues related to the customers’ use of the Circulus SMB application. He also helped train and monitor other Circulus SMB Support Representatives in assisting the customer base.

Since 2018, Brett started getting involved with application enhancement based on firsthand responses from clients. His inputs helped add significant value to the application enhancement of Circulus SMB product. In 2019, Brett joined the Circulus Sales Team as an Account Executive, where he helped bring in new clients for the Circulus SMB application platform. He works directly with new clients with regard to implementation and training.

Brett Graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
