Kim Simone

Kim Simone is an advisor at Circumference Group. Kim has also served as senior advisor and chief operating officer at Constant Contact, and enterprise transformation officer at Endurance International Group.

Simone began their career as a business strategy consultant. Kim then joined Constant Contact as chief operating officer, where they were responsible for leading the teams focused on delivering value to customers through email marketing product enhancements and investments in small business solutions. Kim oversaw business strategy and goals, implemented a data-driven approach to pricing and promotions, and managed retention programs.

In their role as enterprise transformation officer at Endurance International Group, Simone was accountable for quickly solving the company's largest and most complex problems. Kim led the team that revitalized the Data Analytics department, instituted a governance process for all focus initiatives, and operationalized an Enterprise Project Management Office. Kim also drove credit card fraud levels to below industry standards and redesigned the Procurement organization.

Kim Simone attended the University of Michigan from 1984 to 1988 and studied economics.
