Inga Swope

Inga Swope is an experienced professional with a diverse background in coaching, program development, and non-profit leadership. At Flyaways Gold Gymnastics, Swope served as Preschool and Pre-team Director, Compulsory team coach, and Office Manager from June 2015 to July 2020. As the Founder and Director of 3seams from July 2010 to December 2022, Swope focused on addressing human trafficking and poverty globally. Prior experience includes serving as Project Director for Military Community Youth Ministries—Club Beyond from July 1997 to July 2006, where responsibilities included event coordination and logistics management for military family programs in Europe. Most recently, Swope was the Developmental Team Director at Gymfinity International GmbH from August 2020 to June 2023 before transitioning to the role of Global Communications Manager at Circunomics in June 2023. Swope holds a degree from Oregon State University, earned between 2020 and 2022.
