Bailey Watson, MPH, CPH, is a safety and risk mitigation leader within the amusement and attractions industry. Currently serving as the Director of Safety at Sky Zone since 2025, Bailey manages safety and risk mitigation programs across over 270 park locations nationwide. Previously, they held the role of Vice President of Health, Safety and Security at LEGOLAND Florida Resort from 2020 to 2025 and have also worked as a Safety Representative and Safety Manager at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Bailey's academic background includes a Master of Public Health in Occupational Safety from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Florida State University.
