Lisa M.

Lisa M. is a strategic thinker and people leader with a diverse background in nonprofit leadership, recreation management, and franchise support. They have served as the Branch Director at the YMCA of Greater Richmond and held multiple leadership roles at the YMCA of the Triangle. Currently, Lisa works as the Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation in Redmond, WA, and as a Coach at F45 Training. Educated at Clemson University, Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Sport Management. They are passionate about building connections and creating impactful solutions in collaborative environments.
