Shawn Hassel

Shawn Hassel is a business executive and director with leadership and governance experience across financial services, hospitality, manufacturing, and waste-management sectors. They currently serve as Chief Executive Officer of Sky Zone and as Managing Partner at Areté Capital Partners, and they are a board member at FINCA International and FINCA Impact Finance, where they are Chair of the Audit Committee. They also hold board roles with growve and National Performance Warehouse. Their earlier career includes roles as Senior Director at Arthur Andersen (1994–2001) and Managing Director at Alvarez and Marsal (2001–2015), as well as co-founding Bestige Holdings (2016–2020), and serving on the boards of National Waste Partners (2017–2024) and Consolidated Glass Holdings (2020–2022).
