Russell Blacker

Russell Blacker is an experienced professional in real estate and business management with a diverse background. Currently, Russell serves as the Owner of Frontier Assisted Living since October 2016, focusing on developing assisted living properties in Alaska. Additionally, Russell has been the Manager of Real Estate Assets at CIRI since July 2017, overseeing development projects and the management of income-producing assets. As the Owner of JR's Hawaiian since 2006, Russell is known for offering quality Acai Bowls and Shaved Ice.
