Currently, Anders serves as a Board Member of AmCham Sweden and has been a Partner at Cirio Law Firm since 2015, leading the M&A practice. Previous roles include Board Member at Verisec and Partner at Advokatfirman Lindahl. Anders has significant cross-border M&A experience, particularly in the energy, medical, IT/telecom, and financial sectors, with a focus on assisting international clients operating in Sweden and Swedish clients expanding abroad. Educational credentials include an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a Jur Kand. from Stockholm University, among other qualifications. Prior to a legal career, Anders served as a Lieutenant in the Royal Swedish Navy.
