Steve Phipps

Steve Phipps has a strong background in data management and operations within the aviation industry. Steve started their career in 2005 as a Junior Designer at Cantilever Bars before transitioning to Ascend Worldwide in 2006 as an Aviation Data Researcher. In 2011, they joined Cirium as an Assistant Manager for Aviation Data Services and steadily progressed through various roles, including Manager Fleet Research and Data Solutions & Analytics Manager. Steve was promoted to Director in 2019 and then to Senior Director of Data Operations in 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Data Acquisition at Cirium. Their expertise in data management and research makes him a valuable asset to the aviation industry.

Steve Phipps attended Emmbrook School from 1994 to 2001. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of South Wales from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons degree in Product Design.
