Brian Henry

Brian Henry serves as General Counsel at Cirkul since October 2023, bringing extensive legal experience from previous roles such as Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at J.M. Huber Corporation, where responsibilities included governance, M&A, finance, and compliance. Brian has also held leadership positions at CP Kelco and GE, focusing on mergers and acquisitions across multiple sectors, as well as improving legal compliance for Walmart's international operations. An educational background includes a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School, a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from the University of Michigan's Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Wabash College.
