John Rollins

John Rollins currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Cirkul, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this role, John founded Rollins IP in August 2011 and managed it until January 2024. John's extensive experience in intellectual property law includes serving as a Partner at a National IP Boutique Firm from October 2009 to July 2011, and as Global Division IP Counsel at Accenture from February 2001 to June 2009. Additional roles include Partner at Banner & Witcoff, Ltd from November 1997 to December 1999, Associate Attorney at Rockey, Rifkin & Ryther from September 1994 to November 1997, Patent Examiner at the United States Patent & Trademark Office from September 1990 to December 1993, and Systems Engineer at Rockwell International Corp. from September 1988 to September 1990. John Rollins obtained a Juris Doctor in Intellectual Property Law from American University Washington College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Control Systems from UCLA.
