Jan Weber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jan is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Cirqle, a company focused on eliminating packaging waste through a reusable packaging system for the F&B industry. Prior to this, Jan held several roles at NNIT, including Associate Vice President, Life Sciences, Global Client Engagements, where they were responsible for growing sales and professional services. Jan also served as the General Manager of NNIT USA, overseeing operations and serving large local clients. Jan was part of the management team in NNIT's Management Consulting department and was responsible for implementing operational excellence strategies. Jan has also held positions as a Principal Consultant and Senior Management Consultant at NNIT, working on projects for Novo Nordisk and other clients. Additionally, Jan has experience as the Manager of SkiSchoolBooking.dk and as an IT consultant for freelance projects. Jan started their career as a Professional Ski Instructor and worked as an Auto Electrician at KP Electro. Jan has a strong background in sales, management consulting, and innovation.
Jan Weber has a diverse education history. Jan attended Copenhagen Business School from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science. Later, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Copenhagen Business School. In the same year, they also briefly attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Jan Weber furthered their education at Stanford University, starting in 2011 and completing in 2013. During this time, they obtained a Stanford Advanced Project Management Certification (SAPM) from the Stanford Center for Professional Development. Jan continued their education at the same institution, attending from 2014 onwards, specializing in the Stanford Center for Professional Development.
In addition to their formal education, Jan Weber has obtained several certifications. In 2006, they completed a certification in Innovative Workshop facilitation from Zentropa Workz. In 2007, they earned a certification in Innovation Management from DIEU, Mannaz. Lastly, in 2009, they obtained PRINCE2 (Foundation + Practitioner) certification from APMG.

We have developed a solution driven by technology in which we handle the entire reuse process for our customers including washing andlogistics. Our technological approach means that we can handle many different reuse cases on our platform.Our reusable packaging is connected to our platform by RFID tags. We use the power of technology to deliver tracking and valuable insights. The track-and-trace platform allows our customers to follow the journey and gather insight about the process.We also include a QR code on the tag, which enables consumer interaction through our webapp. Here they can access information such as reuse activity and offers.
