Gary Harvey

Gary Harvey is an experienced executive currently serving as the President and CEO of Cirque Analytics since January 2021. Prior to this role, Gary held leadership positions at William E. Wecker Associates, Inc., where Gary was President and Vice President and Principal Consultant from January 1996 to January 2021. Gary's career began in the United States Air Force, working as a Scientific Analyst from June 1988 to December 1995. Gary is an alum of the United States Air Force Academy, graduating in 1988, and also attended the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology.
