Jon Bertrand

Jon Bertrand is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and firmware development. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Firmware Manager at Cirque Corporation since May 2011, Jon has contributed to enhancing processes and practices within a team of firmware developers. Prior to this role, Jon worked at M.H. Custom Design & Manufacturing, where responsibilities included designing motion control software for a pulmonary waveform generator, and at Cirris Systems Corp, where Jon played a key role in the design of several products. Jon began a career at Utah Medical Products as R&D Engineer, initially involved in various duties and later specializing in production automation and automated testing. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah, obtained between 1983 and 1989.
