Jim Armstrong

Jim is a hands-on executive with strong leadership experience in finance and accounting, acquisitions, operations and business development. He is experienced in diverse business environments from Fortune 500 companies to start-up ventures across a variety of industries including Computer Hardware, Government, Security, Manufacturing, Online Retail, Direct Marketing and Publishing. His many accomplishments include managing operations which help improve profitability and cash flow while driving growth and revenue.

Most recently he served as Chief Financial Officer of EU Services, Inc. He previously held similar CFO and leadership roles with Germane Systems, Optelecom – NKF, PC Data and Time Warner. Jim holds a Masters of Science degree in Business Policy from Columbia University, and a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from Georgetown University.
