Paul Brady is a managing director in operations with a proven background in security management and military experience spanning over two decades. Award-winning and highly skilled, Paul has successfully coordinated security functions within manned guarding and integrated security solutions, ensuring optimal service delivery. Experience includes serving as a maritime security consultant and section commander, and Paul has held several senior positions, notably as head of operations at Croma Vigilant. Paul holds HNDs in Quality Management and Business and Legal Studies, along with a Graduateship in Leadership and Management from the City and Guilds of London Institute.
