Arlene G. has extensive experience in the field of cybersecurity and infrastructure, currently serving as the Deputy Staffing and Retention (Acting) at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since January 2012. In this role, Arlene collaborates with the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer to enhance workforce support and employee satisfaction through the development of various programs. Additional positions include serving as the Gov’t Services & Facilities Sector Liaison and the Defense Industrial Base Sector Liaison, where Arlene focuses on interagency coordination and public-private partnerships to safeguard critical infrastructure. As Cyber Training Manager, Arlene oversees a diverse range of cyber training initiatives, while previous experience includes program management and representing Noah's Ark Animal Workshop, Inc. in the children's entertainment industry. Arlene holds a BA in Communications (Technical) from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
