Clint Collins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations research and defense systems analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Research Analyst at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since May 2020, Collins has also worked as an Operations Research Analyst for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since November 2017. Prior to these roles, Collins served in the Marine Corps as a Defense Systems Analyst and held various leadership positions, including Future Operations Officer and Major. This role involved advising on Weapons and Tactics programs, overseeing team operations for over 30 programs with a total lifecycle cost exceeding $10 billion, and ensuring the safety and maintenance of CH-53D helicopters valued at $350 million. Collins holds a Master of Science in Business/Management from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Benedictine College.
