Daniel Abreu is a strategic leader in Homeland Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection with nearly 20 years of experience in risk management, cyber-physical security, and public-private partnerships. They have held multiple roles at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including Advisor, Section Chief, Executive Officer, and Branch Chief, where they led significant security initiatives and managed large teams. Currently, Daniel serves as the Deputy Associate Director at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, overseeing national risk and security programs while leveraging multidisciplinary partnerships to confront evolving threats. They are pursuing a Master's and Bachelor's degree in International Commerce and Policy as well as Government and International Politics from George Mason University.
