David R.

David R. has over two decades of experience in information technology and project management, with a focus on cybersecurity, disaster response, and federal solutions. Currently serving as an IT Specialist in the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since 2013, David R. leads efforts related to CIRCIA legislation and interagency initiatives, including the security of the 2020 Census. Additionally, since 2014, David R. has been a member of FEMA's Surge Capacity Force, focusing on disaster recovery.
