Eugene Wade currently serves as a Protective Security Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where engagement with federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial government partners, as well as the private sector, focuses on protecting critical infrastructure in Colorado. Previously, Eugene was the Executive Director of the Colorado Emergency Preparedness Partnership, leading efforts to enhance emergency planning across multiple sectors. As Downtown Security Manager for the Downtown Denver Partnership, Eugene coordinated safety programs and implemented a comprehensive security action plan. Additional experience includes Manager of Security Operations at the Denver Performing Arts Complex, where a culture of security was cultivated, and significant roles at the Air Force Office of Special Investigations involved directing operations and leading investigations. Education includes a BA in Criminal Justice from American Military University, specialized training from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations Academy, and a certificate from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.
