Haley Minter

Haley Minter is a skilled management and program analyst currently employed at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since May 2021, where additional roles have included special assistant and advisor, as well as correspondence analyst. Prior experience includes serving as a junior imagery analyst at ECS, supporting the Department of Defense's Algorithmic Warfare Cross-Functional Team, and internships at the United States House Committee on Foreign Affairs and The Office of Congressman David N. Cicilline. Minter also contributed as a student hearing officer at James Madison University and taught English to Spanish-speaking students at Colegio Salesiano "María Auxiliadora," enhancing cultural awareness and adaptability skills. Minter holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from James Madison University.
