Helen Jackson

Helen Jackson has extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where roles included Associate Director and Deputy Associate Director from February 2010 to July 2021. Responsibilities encompassed assessing the workforce, establishing stakeholder teams for partnership building, and evaluating national security programs. As Branch Chief, Helen Jackson successfully organized Presidential committee events and led teams to strengthen partnerships in the Information Technology and Communications sectors. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at MANTECH, supporting government officials, and a decade as Director of Operations at USA Mobility, where management of customer service teams was a focus. Helen Jackson holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Virginia Tech.
