James Phalin has extensive experience in security and safety roles, currently serving as a Chemical Security Inspector at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since November 2018 and with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security since July 2012. Previous positions include Counter-IED Solutions Manager and Federal Air Marshal, with a strong background in personal protection at Captain Enterprises and as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician in the US Navy. James Phalin holds a degree in Organizational Security Management with a focus on Homeland Security from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2006 and 2009.
