Jennifer Li

Jennifer Li currently serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, having transitioned from a Policy Advisor role at the United States Department of Defense. Professional experience includes roles as an Analyst at the Department of Defense and various positions at Harvard University, including Resident Tutor, First-Year Proctor, and Belfer Student Fellow, where responsibilities involved academic advising, event organization, and research contributions related to cybersecurity and social media disinformation. Prior to this, Jennifer gained consulting experience at Deloitte and held internships with the U.S. Department of State and Hillary for America. Jennifer holds a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University.
