Keith Ingram, JD, is a seasoned election and customer service executive with a wealth of experience in legal and governmental roles. They owned a law practice from 2007 to 2012 and served as Appointments Manager for Governor Perry, focusing on legal and judicial appointments. In addition to their extensive litigation background, including roles at firms like Hull Henricks & MacRae and Kutak Rock, they currently hold positions as Election Security Advisor at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and as Director of the Elections Division for the Office of the Texas Secretary of State. Keith earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence from The University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
