Kenneth Bailey

Kenneth Bailey is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in information security roles across various organizations. Beginning with engineering positions at Arca Systems and Exodus, Kenneth later served as Chief Information Security Officer at Fortalice LLC. and Dark Cubed, where notable achievements included designing cloud-based security monitoring systems and analyzing Open Source Intelligence for clients. Furthermore, Kenneth has held key leadership positions such as Chief Security Officer for the Congressional Research Service, where a cost-effective C&A program was implemented, and Director of CyberSecurity at the Executive Office of the President, responsible for developing secure mobile messaging platforms and establishing a 24x7 Security Operations Center. Currently, Kenneth serves as Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for the United States Senate Sergeant at Arms and as Section Chief for Capabilities, Data, and Integration at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.
