Lauren Wind

Lauren Wind is an AI and Data Strategist with a PhD in Biological Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. They have a diverse background in data science, microbiology, and bioinformatics, and currently serve as Branch Chief at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency's National Risk Management Center. Previously, Lauren worked as an AI Solutions Architect at Booz Allen Hamilton and has held various research and technical roles, including project lead and graduate research assistant. They are passionate about leveraging data to address real-world challenges, enhancing public health, and ensuring the security of critical infrastructure.
