Lavonda Krop

Lavonda Krop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracting and acquisition within federal agencies. Currently serving as a Program Manager at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since August 2012, Lavonda provides leadership and expert technical analysis on complex contracting matters while overseeing the budget for the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer. Prior roles include Contracting Officer with DHS Federal Protection Services, where Lavonda coordinated contracting activities and directed contract awards, and Contract Specialist at the Transportation Security Administration, offering strategic planning advice on procurement processes. Lavonda holds a Master of Science Jurisprudence in Privacy Law and Cyber Security from Seton Hall University School of Law, as well as a Master of Science in Procurement and Contracts Management and an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
