Maya Ariel

Maya Ariel, MBA, has a diverse background in management, marketing, and financial analysis. Experience includes roles as a Resident Advisor and in the NTID Admissions Office at Rochester Institute of Technology, where community-building and administrative support were key responsibilities. Maya served as a Marketing Intern at Dow AgroSciences and the USDA, contributing to product launches and conducting market research. As a Financial Management Analyst at DFAS, process improvements for cost reduction were implemented. More recently, Maya has held positions as a Management and Program Analyst at USCIS and currently at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, focusing on workforce programs and employee engagement. Maya earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Management from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Anderson University.
